Father Pfleger undeterred by vandalism at parish
CWN - April 05, 2012
A controversial Chicago priest has vowed that he will not be deterred from activism by vandalism at his parish.
A small fire was set at the doors of the gymnasium at St. Sabina’s church, where Father Michael Pfleger is pastor. The fire—which caused no injuries and only minor damage to the doors—was set shortly after a rally at which Father Pfleger has denounced the ownership of a local store believed to be the refuge of a street gang.
