Italian businessman leaves $2.3B to diocese

An Italian businessman who died on March 17 left assets worth 1.7 billion euros ($2.26 billion) to the Archdiocese of Bologna. Michelangelo Mannini, who died at the age of 50, held majority interest in FAAC, a manufacturer of electronic gates.
