Italian premier and Pope share feast day
CWN - March 19, 2012
Pope Benedict XVI and Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti exchanged greetings on March 19, as each celebrated a feast day.
The Pope congratulated Monti on the Italian leader’s 69th birthday. Monti in turn saluted the Pontiff on the feast of St. Joseph, the name day for Joseph Ratzinger.
