Telegraph exposé on sex-selective abortions

Amid rising abortion rates in England and Wales, the Telegraph has secretly filmed abortionists agreeing to perform sex-selective abortions, which are illegal in the United Kingdom.
Cynthia Bower, the chief executive of the Care Quality Commission--which regulates abortion clinics in the UK--resigned following the publication of the exposé.
