South Korean prelate: defense of unborn is leading priority
CWN - February 15, 2012
Decrying abortion, the chairman of the South Korean bishops’ committee on bioethics is urging the faithful to “make a preferential option for the protection of life.”
“We cannot remain indifferent to the fact that the whole society, and even the media, do not say anything about the still widespread practice of abortion,” Bishop Gabriel Chang Bong-hun of Cheongju preached at a recent Mass for Life. “We all have to take the lead to become protectors and defenders of the unborn.”
