Honduras: priest claims torture by police

Father Marco Aurelio Lorenzo, a priest in western Honduras, alleges that police tortured him and his two brothers as they were resting on the side of the road on a visit to their parents.
“They beat us on every part of our bodies,” said Father Marco Aurelio Lorenzo, who has filed torture charges against eight police officers.
