Use of 'morning-after pill' soars in Spain
CWN - December 15, 2011
The use of the “morning-after pill” rose by 83% in Spain last year, after the abortifacient pill was made available for over-the-counter sales.
Most of the increase in sales of the pill occurred after October, when the requirement for a doctor’s prescription was lifted.
