'Ad campaign' parodies logic of condom-distribution advocates

At the National Catholic Register, Tom Hoopes suggests a tongue-in-cheek advertising campaign, noting that condom use is unreliable, but suggesting nonetheless that teenagers should "bet their lives" on condoms.
