Arab Christians emigrating to US
CWN - November 15, 2011
The Associated Press notes that rising persecution has led many Iraqi and other Christians to flee the Middle East for the United States, leading to increased attendance at Maronite Catholic parishes.
"For every plus in the US, there’s a minus back there," says Father Bakhos Chidiac of St. Rafka Maronite Church in Lakewood, Colorado. "It's very sad."
