Catholic firm managing condom distribution in Australian jails?

The largest Catholic health-care system is helping to distribute condoms to prison inmates, the Herald Sun reports.
The St. Vincent’s Health system was reportedly asked by government officials to supervise the condom distribution. Officials there declined to answer questions about the program, the Herald Sun reports.
