Italian priest honored as ‘righteous among nations’

Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Martyrs' and Heroes' Remembrance Authority, has honored the late Father Ottavio Posta, enrolling him in the list of “Righteous among the Nations.”
An Italian priest stationed on the island of Isola Maggiore in central Italy, Father Posta helped row Jewish prisoners to safety while under cannon and machine gun fire.
