CWN - August 26, 2011
Shahbaz Taseer, the son of the late Salman Taseer, was seized by armed men in Lahore, Pakistan, on August 26.
Salman Taseer, the governor of Punjab, was killed on January 4, apparently by Islamic zealots. He had become a target for Muslim extremists when he defended a Christian woman, Asia Bibi, who was accused of blasphemy. After the killing, his son began receiving death threats.
