Gov't should eliminate no fault divorce entirely. The kids are hurt, the assets are skeletonized by attorneys, dads are marginalized. In many instances, the mom and kids become wards of the state and placed on the gov't plantation, destroying their initiative to be productive and gain self respect. Kids need the mom AND the dad to show the proper interaction between the sexes.
