Vietnam prosecuting Catholic human-rights leader

Authorities in Vietnam are pressing criminal charges against Peter Pham Minh Hoang, a Catholic university professor, charging that he has sought to overthrow the government.

Hoang, who has been imprisoned since August of last year, had spoken out frequently against corruption in government.
