Honduran cardinal re-elected Caritas president

Cardinal Oscar RodrÃguez Maradiaga of Honduras has been re-elected president of Caritas Internationalis, the international consortium of Catholic relief and development agencies.
The cardinal has been a vocal supporter of Lesley Anne-Knight, whom the Vatican Secretariat of State has not permitted to stand for reelection as secretary-general of the organization.
