Over 340,000 advance registrations for World Youth Day in Madrid

Early registrations for World Youth Day have already surpassed 340,000, organizers report.
World Youth Day will be celebrated in Madrid from August 16 to 21. Pope Benedict XVI is scheduled to attend. With planning complete, organizers are now working to implement the plans and to register young participants.
