Another Pakistani Christian faces death threats on 'blasphemy' charges
Catholic World News - April 15, 2011
The plight of Waris Masih, a Christian male nurse, illustrates the grave dangers that Christians face in Pakistan today. In discussion with colleagues, Masih condemned the Florida pastor who burned the Qur'an, but he also condemned the burning of Catholic churches and of Bibles. For that, he was denounced by denounced, threatened, and beaten. When his family members were also threatened, Masih went into hiding, fearful for his life.
