Christus Rex is dedicated to the dissemination of information on works of art preserved in churches, cathedrals and monasteries all over the world. They intend to assemble a collection of images that will constitute a visual representation of the Bible, and a world wide tour of churches and monasteries, comprising in excess of 10,000 images.

While the site is a virtual treasure of information and resources related to the Church and the arts, it also contains some very questionable material on subjects such as the Jews and the Holocaust, and the war in Iraq. We suggest avoiding these sections altogether.
