Szabogaller-leves is a traditional Hungarian soup named after the tailor's collar, which is referring to the ravioli/dumplings in the broth.

DIRECTIONS

Sauté onion in oil in saucepan. Add paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, farina. Stir until browned; reserve.

Mix flour, eggs, 1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon salt into stiff dough. Knead on lightly floured board; roll thin. Cut dough into 3-inch squares. Drop small spoonful farina mixture in center of each square. Fold and seal squares. Drop into boiling, salted water. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from water; serve immediately.
