Catholic Recipe: Potato Pudding

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

A traditional dish for Fat or Shrove Tuesday in Lithuania is Potato Pudding, an appropriate side dish to your main meal. This dish is also popular for Halloween.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
