  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 6 stalks crisp celery

DIRECTIONS

Place anchovies, milk, cottage cheese in blender; blend 30 seconds until smooth. Spread mixture evenly on celery. Refrigerate to chill thoroughly before serving. Yield, 3 servings
