Catholic Recipe: Cold Egg Wine

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1 cup red or white wine

DIRECTIONS

Beat yolks with sugar, nutmeg, until foamy. Add wine gradually; stir constantly. Serve cold. Yield, 2 servings
