Catholic Recipe: Mocha Butter Cream

  • 3/4 cup extra fine (instant) sugar
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon breakfast cocoa (not instant)
  • 1-1/2 Tablespoon instant coffee

DIRECTIONS

Cream butter to consistency of mayonnaise. Combine sugar, cocoa, and instant coffee; sift through very fine sieve; add 1 Tablespoon at a time to butter while continuing to cream.
