Catholic Recipe: Cranberry Foam Cocktail

  • 1 bottle (1 pint) cranberry juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • nutmeg

This recipe makes a festive non-alcoholic Christmas cocktail.

DIRECTIONS

Combine cranberry juice and lemon juice. Beat egg white stiff; add cranberry juice mixture; beat until foamy. Pour into juice glasses. Chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes 6 servings.
