Pour about 1/3 of the sauce over noodles. Add alternating layers of half the ricotta, Parmesan, and mozzarella cheeses. Add remaining noodles, another 1 of the sauce, and remaining cheeses. End with sauce. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbling and hot. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
