Catholic Recipe: Spaghetti Roma
A nice Lenten dish -- a simple garlic butter sauce with hard-cooked eggs over spaghetti -- easy and delicious.
Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Heat olive oil and butter or margarine; add garlic, oregano, and salt; cook over low heat 5 minutes; pour over spaghetti; toss until spaghetti is well coated.
