Catholic Recipe: Maitre d'Hotel Butter
Foreign chefs have taught us that the addition of a savory sauce can lift an ordinary food to epicurean heights. This is a whipped butter, with added spices and lemon.
DIRECTIONS
Cream butter until fluffy; add salt, pepper, and parsley; mix well. Work in lemon juice slowly. Makes 6 servings.
