  • 7/8 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • grated orange rind

DIRECTIONS

Heat to the boiling point a bottle of red Burgundy, sugar, cinnamon, and the grated rind of an orange scraped free of white pulp. Serve hot.
