Catholic Recipe: Bishop Wine

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • grated orange rind

Famous "Bishop Wine" is a good nameday drink.

DIRECTIONS

Heat to the boiling point a bottle of red Burgundy, sugar, cinnamon, and the grated rind of an orange scraped free of white pulp. Serve hot.
