Catholic Recipe: Milk and Honey Cookies
God described the land he promised to the Jews as one that was flowing with milk and honey. These cookies are particularly appropriate for Pentecost, as it was originally the Jewish Feast of Weeks, instituted after their release from slavery in Egypt to celebrate the first-fruits of their abundant harvest.
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Roll into little balls.
3. Roll in icing sugar and serve.
