  • Details

  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Difficulty: • •
  • Cost: $$$$
  • For Ages: 11+
  • Origin: Sweden

Also Called: Oatmeal Lace Cookies

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients into the melted butter (can also use margarine). Grease a cookie sheet and dust flour on it. Drop one teaspoon of dough at a time; make sure they are not too close to each other. Bake at 350 degrees until golden, about 5 minutes - they brown quickly, so watch them carefully! Let cool for a second, lift off cookie with a spatula. These are a little tricky but they are good!
