Catholic Recipe: Scrambled Eggs and Cheese

  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/3 cup grated Gruyere

DIRECTIONS

Beat eggs until foamy. Add salt, pepper, milk, cheese. Stir to blend well. Scramble eggs in melted butter in skillet. Sprinkle with additional slivers of cheese when serving. Yield, 1 serving
