SPRINKLING
The saxting of water from a distance so thatit falls upon the head and flows inthe administration of baptism. It is the only way in which more than one person can be baptized simultaneously by one minister. It is seldom used now, but in the past was sometimes necessary, as when a large groups of people were to be baptized by a single missionary.
