MOVABLE FEASTS
Those feasts whose dates are variable because of their dependence on the Easter date. Easter may come as early as March 22 and as late as April 25. Lent is shifted back and forth depending on the Easter date, so are Ascension Day, Pentecost, Trinity Sunday, and Corpus Christi. Other feasts are movable because they are placed in relation to certain Sundays.
