EPISCOPATE
The fullness of the sacrament of orders by which a man becomes a bishop and acquires the power to ordain other bishops and priests, to confirm, and to become part of the episcopal community with the power of jurisdiction according to the canons of ecclesiastical law and the provisions of the Holy See.
