... you get the sense, right away, that the statement must have been drafted by the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace-- the same office that vouchsafed the observation, earlier this year, that water is important to life

    The Holy Father's a terrific writer. Why does he need to have these messages drafted for him by the hacks in the PCJP?
