Be still, my heart. The AP cruelly dangled that teaser in front of us only to let us down with a thud: "The diocese said Pope Benedict XVI this week permanently removed Edward M. Kennedy and Alfred C. Graves from the priesthood. Both men were accused of sexually abusing minors." Ka-lunk. It hurts to land so hard. Hard to fault the journalist, though. How many reporters, in the course of a lifetime, ever get the chance to chain together a more satisfying dozen words?

... and yet so far!
