rumors of war

"On my honor I will do my best to discriminate against gays and atheists in the name of God's law; to hate people who are different at all times; to keep myself physically separate, mentally weak, and sexually straight."
So runs the "oath" put into the mouth of a boy scout in a cartoon posted on the BSA Discrimination site. It bears repeating: a man who insists that any opposition to his program must stem from hatred is devoured by hatred himself.

The hatred is for their own painful state. The hatred of themselves and of their disorder drives them to try to force the Church and society to accept sexual deviance as normal. They think that having acceptance from society will alliviate thier misery. It won't of course. It most likely will make it worse driving them to even greater violence and totalitarian tactics toward the Church and state. Their pain would be eased by acceptance of God's love but it may be that love they hate most.

Not to worry -- it's just another sputtering attempt by hysterical church/state separatists to leverage a hostile takeover of virtue (sans faith).
