MEETING A FELT NEED

Turns out the Bishop O'Brien hotline in Phoenix meets a felt need of the people. At least, of that portion of the people who need to yell at the Bishop.

    "Gerst specified that O'Brien's visits must be done without regard to religion" That's a money quote if I've ever read one. Its a role that O'Brien is eminently suited for.
