Focus on Spiritual Growth

Sometimes things just fall together, like several new offerings in the past few days that deal with holiness. For example, I have posted my second installment in the series on the marks of the Church: The Church's Mark of Holiness, Noted by Friends and Foes.

Completely unmindful of any theme, today I found myself thinking about how we can judge spiritual health in others, and how we must foster it in ourselves. I treat a small part of the territory by focusing on two (imaginary) friends: On the Spiritual Growth of Larry and Carl and...Us.

On Saturday, Jennifer Gregory Miller posted highlights of three late-January feasts. Some of this has slipped by in the interim, but not all: Feastday Highlights: January Ends with Three Italian Educators.
