End a Year, Start a Year

Pope Francis ended the Year of Faith on Sunday, with a homily on the Solemnity of Christ the King. He also completed the work of the Synod for the Year of Faith today by issuing the post-synodal Apostolic Exhortation, Evangelii Gaudium (The Joy of the Gospel).

These post-synodal documents do not tend to be very manageable for mass consumption, but I read it today and made some comments which I hope you'll find helpful: The New Apostolic Exhortation: Bothersome in more ways than one!

At the same time, of course, the Church is preparing to begin a new liturgical year. Now is the perfect time to prepare for it by browsing through our Advent Workshop.
