Washington Post takes note of Pope Benedict's liturgical plans
December 27, 2010
The Washington Post took an unusually careful look at liturgical changes within the Catholic Church, and especially at the Vatican, highlighting the different approach adopted by Pope Benedict.
The Post rightly emphasizes the enormous differences between the current master of papal ceremonies, Msgr. Guido Marini, and his predecessor, Msgr. Piero Marini.
Still, religion columnist Terry Mattingly notes interesting gaps in the Post’s understanding of matters liturgical.
