Ohio priest, convicted of murder, wins access to prosecutor's files

A court in Ohio has ordered prosecutors to hand over all relevant files to a priest who was convicted in the killing of a nun.

Lawyers for Father Gerald Robinson say that they are anxious to see the full prosecution files for the sensational case in which the priest was convicted, the murder of Sister Margaret Ann Pahl. Prosecutors counter that the files contain nothing that will help Robinson’s appeal.
