Utah women who seek illegal abortions face homicide charges

Gov. Gary Herbert of Utah has signed a law under which women who seek abortions from someone other than a doctor may be charged with homicide. The Utah legislature passed the law after a 17-year-old girl paid a man $150 to cause a miscarriage by beating her.
