German bishop allegedly ignored concerns about priest

South African prosecutors may press charges against Father Georg Kerkhoff, a priest ministering to members of the German community in Johannesburg. Earlier, priests and laity in the Diocese of Aachen had reportedly complained to their bishop after the priest invited boys to share his sauna, but “the complaints were not taken seriously,” said one priest.
