CWN Editor's Note: The Los Angeles archdiocese has announced that entertainer Katy Perry has not fulfilled a bid to purchase a convent owned by the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. The Perry bid had been legally contested, with two elderly nuns strongly opposing it. The archdiocese, which prevailed over the nuns in court, is still in conversation with Perry about the property.
