New report finds 40% of Catholics in US are Hispanic

CWN Editor's Note: “About 40% of all Catholics in the US are Hispanic; 50% of Catholics ages 14 to 29 are Hispanic; and 55% of Catholics under 14 are Hispanic,” according to the report, which also found that “61% of immigrant Hispanics were Catholic, as were 50% of the 2nd generation and 43% of the 3rd and higher generations.”
