Texas, Mexican bishops discuss immigration

Four Mexican bishops have held a two-day meeting with four counterparts from Texas to discuss immigration and “share thoughts on this delicate theme,” according to the Mexican Episcopal Conference.
Participants in the September 4-5 meeting, which took place in Matamoros, Mexico, listened to the testimony of migrants and offered Mass on the banks of the Rio Grande.
