Report: Islamic State releases 15 Christian hostages

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant has released 15 of the Christians seized in August during its conquest of al-Qaryatayn, Syria.

ARA News, a Syrian news agency, reported that the hostages were released after the payment of the jizya tax on non-Muslims.
