All of the statements that I read address the "decision" as if impersonal. They should be addressing the moral stance of the people who made the decision.

"However, we understand that for millions of individuals and families, most of them the working poor, this decision preserves access to health care and the promise it offers of a healthier, longer life." Bishop Blaze Cupisch of Chicago. -- Except, of course, for those babies who are killed in the womb! I can't believe a Catholic Bishop made this statement!
