Paulists leaving Canada

Amid declining priestly vocations, the Paulist Fathers are leaving Canada, where they have ministered for over a century.

“This is a decision no religious community wants to make," said Father Eric Andrews, president of the Paulist Fathers. “If we had unlimited resources and manpower we would have continued to advance, but at the end of the day it was too much for us to bear.”
